Batter the anglerfish and fry until golden; reserve in a dish. Cut the onion in rounds, batter and fry in the same oil and toss over the fish. Fry the grape in warm oil together with the garlic. remove from heat, pour vinegar in the frying pan and then pour over the anglerfish.
