Banana pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 to 1 cup mashed bananas
2 tablespoons baking sugar
2 eggs separated
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar into medium mixing bowl. Mix milk, melted butter and egg yolks and pour into dry ingredients, stirring just enough to blend. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into first mixture. Melt butter in a frying pan and pour in a little of the mixture to make a pancake. When puffed and cooked around edges, turn pancakes and brown other side.
