Chicken and cherries salad

Ingredients
100 g Jerte cherries
2 half chicken breasts
Some salad
For marinating:
4 tablespoons soya sauce
1 lemon juice and its grating
4 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper
For the sauce
3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
6 tablespoons liquid cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated parmesano cheese
8 cracked walnuts
Directions
Put all ingredients for marinating in a bowl, mix and untar soak the breasts in it. Leave to macerate for at least 1 hour. Drain the breasts and roast in a heavy pan for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size, medium heat so that they get well-cooked on the inside. Bone the cherries. Clean the salad, season and put in the plates, add the bacon cubes and the cherries. Cut the meat in steaks and put with the sauce in the plates. All ingredients of the sauce must be mashed.
