For the crêpes
Blend the flour, the milk, the water, the eggs, the salt and the sugar, and place the mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes. Put a tablespoon of butter in the frying pan. Once the butter has melted, add a spoon of crêpe mixture, and spread over the bottom of the frying pan. Turn it over from time to time. Remove from heat whe crêpe is cooked. Repeat this operation with the remaining crêpe mixture. Cut the
bananas into slices and saute in a little butter. Peel 2
mandarins and squeeze the two remaining. Combine the wine with the
mandarin juice and bring it to a boil. Mix the butter and the cream and add the sugar. Combine all the ingredients for the filling. Fill the crêpes and serve.
