Zespri kiwifruit smoothie

1 cup milk
2 scoops vanilla icecream (or yoghurt icecream)
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh mint
2 Zespri kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced
Blend the milk, ice cream, banana and mint together in a blender till smooth. Add the Zespri kiwifruit, blend briefly, then pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
