Artichokes stuffed with nuts
Servings:For 4 servings
8 artichokes, cleaned and halved
50 g walnuts
50 g dried apricot
25 g pine kernels
250 cl Spanish sauce
2 lemons
grated cheese
Bring water to a boil and add the artichokes, scooped and sprinkled with lemon juice and salt. In the meantime, slightly mince the nuts, combine with the Spanish sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Once the artichokes are ready, drain and stuff with the nuts. Sprinkle over some grated cheese and bake au gratin for a further 5 minutes.
