Mix vinegar, oil, mustard, basil and garlic. Boil noodles following package directions. Add broccoli and marrow during last 30 seconds of cooking. Drain. Pour sauce over noodles, broccoli and courgette and leave to cool. Peel and cut Zespri kiwis in sheets. Mix turkey, red pepper, green onions and Zespri kiwis with pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
