Stuffed potatoes with onion
Servings:For 2 servings
2 large potatoes
4 onions
olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chop the onions and fry them in olive oil until light brown. Cut the potatoes into halves and hollow them out. Make a puree with the potatoes, add a little milk and season to taste. Mix it with the onion and put the mixture into the hollowed-out potatoes. Bake it for about 5-10 minutes.
