Cut the
celery into pieces. Boil for 8 minutes. Once boiled, leave to drain. Mix the mayonnaise, the
lemon juice, the yoghurt, sugar, salt and pepper to make the dressing. Cut the
apples into dices. Put the
apples in a salad bowl with the
celery and the
walnuts. Pour the dressing and the pomegranate. Allow to cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
