Cherry crunch
Time required:1 hServings:For 4 servings
Ingredients
500 g Jerte cherries
150 g flour
50 g sugar
2 tablespoons honey
120 g butter
20 g butter for the mould
Directions
Clean, dry and bone the cherries. Cut the butter in cubes, put the flour, the sugar and a pinch of salt on. Mix with finger tips and knead well. Grease a mould or four individual ones and put the fruit at the bottom, pour some warm honey on and put the dough on. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC, until brown. Some pine seeds and minced almonds may be sprinkled to top.
