1 lettuce 100 g rice 2 bananas 50 g raisins Oil Vinegar Mustard Sugar Salt Marjoram
Directions
Cook the rice in salted water and drain well. Wash the lettuce and julienne. Transfer to a container together with the sliced banana and the raisins. Add the rice and mix well. Mixa teaspoon mustard with a little vinegar. Add salt and a pinch of sugar. Add the oil and the marjoram and season the salad with this sauce.
