1 melon
300 g strawberries
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Halve and seed the melon. Combine the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Scoop the melon halves with a suitable spoon. Place the melon balls into cups and pour in the strawberry puree. Decorate with strawberries, cover and leave to cool in the fridge.
