Strawberry soufflé

1 kg strawberries
150 g sugar
ground cinnamon
6 eggs
3 tablespoons of strawberry liqueur.
Wash the fruits and cut them into pieces. Soak in liqueur. Combine the eggs with cinnamon. Put it all together with the strawberries into a baking dish.
Bake au gratin for 10 minutes at 190ºC.
