Traditional almond pie

Ingredients
For the pastry

125 g sugar
125 g wheat flour
2 eggs
90 g butter

For the filling

130 g almonds, peeled and flaked
100 g sugar
90 g butter
2 tablespoons milk
Directions
To make the pastry, combine all the ingredients and knead to make a thick dough. Line a baking tin with the dough and place into the oven. To prepare the filling, fry the almonds in olive oil until golden brown and add hot milk. Remove from heat. Once the pastry is almost done, pour in the mixture and put it back in the oven for a few minutes.
