500 g potato, previously boiled and mashed 320 g cabbage, previously boiled and mashed 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
Mix the cooked potato and cooked cabbage together. Pre-heat the vegetable oil in the pan. Add the potato and cabbage mix. Use a wooden spatula to spread the mix evenly over the base of the pan. Fry on gentle heat for 5 minutes, use the spatula to turn the mix over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Serve with meat, fish or freshly cooked vegetables.
