Cold tomato soup
Time required:30 minServings:For 4 servings
Ingredients
1 kg tomatos
500 g yoghurt
1 onion
1 glove of garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
paprika
salt
pepper
sugar
basil
parsley
Directions
Wash the tomatoes, peel the onion and make a puree. Add the lemon juice, then the yoghurt and the spices. Chop the herbs and sprinkle over the soup. Serve cold.
