Cover enough the inside of an oven dish with aluminium foil. Clean and dry the salmon. Put one of the pieces in the dish. Fry lightly the
cucumber pieces with the butter, do not allow to get brown. Squeeze the
lemon and put away the juice. Put the
cucumber on the salmon and pour on half of the butter and the
lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill, season, cover with the other piece of salmon and pour the remaining melted butter. Wrap the fish with the aluminium foil, fold the ledges and put in the oven, at medium heat, for 25 minutes. If desired, it can be served with some roasted potatoes and
cucumber slices.
