Preheat oven to 200ºC. Mix the oats, bran sticks, sugar, nuts and raisins together; stir in the melted chocolate and mashed
banana. Spoon into a shallow non-stick tart or flan tin, approx. 23cm in diameter. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Turn onto a cooling rack and allow to cool (you may serve the brownies while still warm, if preferred). Mix the fromage frais with a little sugar to taste and stir in the drained
bananas. Cut or break the brownies into small cubes and stir into the fromage frais. Alternatively, put the brownie cubes into tall sundae glasses and spoon the fromage frais over the top. Decorate with
banana slices and berry fruits.
