150 ml natural low fat yogurt
1 large banana, peeled
Juice of 2 oranges
1 tablespoon wheatgerm

To decorate

Banana slices dipped in a little lemon juice, lemon geranium leaves or sprig of mint, a little extra wheatgerm and orange zest.
Place all the ingredients in a food blender and whisk together to form a smooth liquid. If you want a runnier mixture, add a little milk.
