4 bananas 150 g sugar 200 cc coffee, not so strong 100 g toasted almonds 60 g butter 1 glass rum
Directions
Peel and slice the bananas. Melt butter in a frying-pan and fry the bananas for 4 or 5 minutes. Add the coffee with sugar and simmer until reduced to the half. Flambé with rum and decorate with the minced almonds.
