Make a bed of bread in a deep dish. Crush the herbs with a blender and add a pìnch of salt. Dust the herbs on the previously oiled bread and cover with half the cottage cheese. Crack the
walnuts, mince and toss over the cheese. Cover with another layer of bread and the remaining cottage cheese. Dust again with the herbs. Decorate with
grape around the cake and place
walnuts on the centre.
