Cod salad

Ingredients
100 g Jerte cherries
300 g smoked cod
1 yellow grapefruit
1 pink grapefruit
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
Directions
Peel the grapefruit, removing their skin, even the white skin that covers the segments. Do that on a bowl, so that we do not lose the juice. Cut the cod steaks in pieces, and spread around the edge of the dishes, put the grapefruit segments in the middle drawing a spiral. Put the cherries around the grapefruit. Mix the oliv oil with the juice, sprinkle the salad and leave to rest.
