Ingredients
Foie de canard and grape pie
2 foie de canard
100 g grape form Vinalopó
1 tablespoon butter
Salt
Pepper
1 glass muscatel
Directions
Put the clean foie in an ovenproof tin, add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to bake slowly and covered for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and garnish with grapes sauteed in butter and soaked in muscatel.
