1 kg Pouched table grape from Vinalopó
3 eggs
1/2 l milk
Cream, whipped

Crush the grapes and strain through a colander. Add the 3 beaten egg yolks and 1/2 l of milk and beat together. Simmer until boiling stirring continuously. Put into the freezer and serve with cream.
