1 3/4 glass orange juice 1 cinnamon stick 4 whole cloves Peeled ginger 1/4 cup sugar 750 g green Zespri kiwi
Directions
Put orange juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger and sugar in a pot. Let simmer and cool. Strain spices remainders. Peel kiwis and keep one for decoration. Grind fruit and strain. It can also be whirled and strained in order to remove seeds. Add flesh of kiwis to juice and keep in the fridge. Serve in 6 bowls and decorate with kiwi slices, mint and lemon skin.
