2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic and grinded coriander
250 g minced pork lean meat
2 tablespoons grinded peanuts and fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon grinded chilli and black pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh leaves of coriander, minced
3 Zespri kiwis
Heat oil in a pan and fry lightly garlic and coriander until they are brown. Add pork, peanuts, fish sauce, chilli, black pepper, sugar and leaves of coriander and fry lightly until they are brown. Peel kiwis and slice (1cm). Put in a tray. Put meat mixture on the kiwis. Serve at room temperature.
