Orange ring-shaped pastries

Ingredients
125 ml olive oil
1 orange and 1 orange grated rind
2 eggs
100 g sugar
500 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Icing sugar
Directions
Peel the orange, squeeze another one and put both away. Put the oil and the orange rind in a frying pan at minimum heat, for about 10 minutes. Next, allow to cool, remove the rind and put away. Beat well the eggs with the sugar, the grated orange rind and the water in a bowl. When grown enough, add the oil used for frying the rind and the orange juice. Add the strained flour with the baking powder and mix until a soft dough. Make small rings. Fry in generous oil drain on kitchen paper. Put in a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.
