8 pears, fully ripe 500 g cheese, varied 500 ml cream 250 g roquefort cheese 100 g walnuts, chopped 200 g lettuce salt pepper
Directions
Wash and cut the pears into pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into strips. Dice the cheese, or cut it into shavings. Make a sauce with the cream and the roquefort cheese. Combine with the nuts. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
