Mix in a dish all ingredients used for marinating. Cut the sirloins in thin escalopes and leave to marinate for 3 hours. Roast the peppers in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 20 minutes, peel and cut in strips (about 1,5 cm in width).
Put a pepper strip on the marinated meat. Pierce a boned
cherry and of the meat ends and roll in the skewers, combining both kind of pepper. Top with a
cherry. Put carefully the skewers in the oven grill or in the barbecue, they must be greasy, seasoned and sprinkled with sesame. Roast each side for 5 minutes.
