Pieces of summer fruits. For instance:
100 g of black currants
100 g of blackberries
100 g blueberries
100 g date
100 g raspberry
100 g red currant
100 g strawberry
1/2 glass of lemon juice
Wash the fruit, mix it carefully with the lemon juice and sweeten it to taste. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for a few hours. Make a summer composition and serve in chilled cups.
