450 g fresh English walnuts 400 g mature English cheddar cheese 400 g sweet white grapes
Directions
Wash and dry the grapes. Crack open the walnuts and completely remove the bitter, inner skins from the kernels. Allow the cheese to come to room temperature. Serve the peeled walnuts, cheese and grapes on a platter.
