Watermelon sorbet

Ingredients
Watermelon sorbet
1 kg watermelon
150 g sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 dl water
Directions
Boil water with sugar for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice. Crush the watermelon and bind with the syrup, put into the freezer and stir from time to time to avoid crystallising.
