100 g of black currants
100 g of blackberries
100 g blueberries
100 g date
100 g raspberry
100 g strawberry

Yoghurt sauce with honey

3 to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons honey
Stir the fine-cut mint and the honey in the yogurt. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Enjoy dipping pieces of fruits into the sauce.
