Borage and potato

Ingredients
800 g borage
200 g
potato
1 tablespoon oil
salt
Directions
Clean and rinse the borage leaves. Peel and clean the
potatoes
. Bring salted water to a boil and put the borage and diced
potatoes
. Allow to cook for about 20 minutes. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
