750 g green cabbage 3 large potatoes, previously cooked 75 g bacon, sliced 1 onion salt pepper 4 smoked pork sausages olive oil
Directions
Chop the onion and fry with the bacon. Add the green cabbage, the spices and the potatoes. Add some water to desired consistency. Allow to cook for 30 minutes. Arrange the sausages on the vegetables. Leave to cook for a further 15 minutes.
