50 g chickpeas
50 g green beans
80 g potatoes, previously cooked
20 g tomatoes
50 g French beans
40 g pumpkin
30 g pears
garlics
ground pepper
flour
spearmint
Directions
Gently saute the tomatoes, onion, garlic, ground pepper and flour. Combine the mixture with the remainder of the ingredients. Sprinkle over some spearmint before serving.

Recipe rich in complex glucides, vegetable proteins, minerals and fibre. Low contents in fats.
