Soak the bread in water for a few minutes. Take off the crust and crush. Peel the
tomatoes and garlic cloves. Cut the eggs into tiny pieces and shred the tuna. Crush the garlic with a little of salt in the mortar. Add the
tomato and the bread. Crush well, simultaneously adding the oil and the vinegar until we get a homogeneous paste. Season to taste. Before serving add the eggs and the tuna. Serve very cold.
