Sevilla-style wild asparagus

Ingredients
Sevilla-style wild asparagus
500 g asparagus from Huétor-Tájar tips
10 cloves garlic, laminated
150 ml virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 fried bread slices
1 cumin
1 teaspoon coffee
1 tablespoon ground paprika
Salt
1/2 l chicken stock
Directions
Cook the asparagus in a casserole and fry the laminated garlic. Once golden, add the paprika, the asparagus and vinegar. Mince the fried bread, the garlic, coffee and cumin. Next, stir in the asparagus and the chicken stock or water, and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
