Combine the flour, butter and egg. Make a dough and allow to rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, pre-heat oil in a pan and fry the minced
onion and crushed garlic until golden brown. Add the
spinach and cook. Remove from heat and slightly strain through a colander. Blend the cheese together with the egg yolk and brewers yeast. Combine the mixture with the
spinach. Line a pie tin with the dough and fill it with the
spinach mixture. Allow to bake in the oven for 30 min at 180ºC. Garnish the pie with slices of hard boiled egg.
