Turkey with orange sauce
Servings:For 4 servings
8 turkey breasts
1 onion
2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
1 orange juice
300 ml water
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon flour dissolved in 1 tablespoon orange juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
Heat the oil and sauter the onion. Add the orange pieces and the parsley. Add the water, the orange juice, the liqueur and the sugar, boil for 3 minutes.Next, add the breasts and cook for 15 minutes. Put the turkey in a hot dish and put the orange pieces. Add the flour to the sauce and when thick, cover the meat.
