In a saucepan, combine the
orange juice, honey and cinnamon and cook, stirring constantly until you make a syrup. Peel and core the
apples. Place the
apples on a greased baking tin and drizzle with the syrup. Then, place a little butter on top of the
apples. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC and bake the
apples for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, peel, slice and blend the
kiwis together with the
grape juice and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Roast the
almonds. Remove the
apples from the oven and place them on a dish. Spread with the
kiwi puree and sprinkle on the roasted
almonds.
