1,5 kg fresh fruits. The choice depends on the season and the personal preferences; see the list above

For the dressing:
juice of 2 oranges and 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons rum (optional)
roasted almonds, in flakes
Wash the fruits and cut them into bite-size pieces. For the dressing, mix the juices with the rum and a little sugar. Add the fruits and sprinkle the almonds over the salad.
