250 g kaki (Persimmon variety) 2 eggs, beaten 200 g brown sugar 125 g shortening 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 400 g flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 100 g almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, chopped
Directions
Wash, peel and remove seeds from kaki. Combine brown sugar and shortening. Add beaten eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and pour the dough in an ovenproof pan for about 40 minutes at 160ºC.
