Peel the
oranges and cut them in slices. Put them in a serving dish. Cut into strips and put them in a saucepan. Add the sugar, the cinnamon and the honey. Cook it during 5 minutes until to obtain syrup. Scatter with it the
oranges, add some of white wine and cook them in a medium fire during 5 minutes. Decorate with the candy cherries and the nougat in dices.
