Pork skewers with apples
Servings:For 4 servings
500 g pork
8 prunes
4 bacon slices
1 red apple, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1/4 orange grated rind
1/2 orange juice
Marjoram and rosemary, minced
Salt and grinded black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 bay leaves
50 g boiled broccoli
2 cherry tomatoes
Clean the meat, remove the grease and dice. Mix the oil, the grated rind and the orange juice, the bay, the herbs, salt and pepper. Stir and add the meat. Leave to macerate for 2 hours. Halve the bacon slices and wrap the bones prunes with them. Skewer the meat, combining with the cherry tomatoes, the apple and the other ingredients. Roast the skewers turning several times.
