Walnut-oat slices

250 g oat
250 g walnuts, crushed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 onion
1 tablespoon soya sauce
Combine the oat and the walnuts. Mince the onion and pour into the mixture. Beat the eggs and mix with the breadcrumbs, salt, garlic and soy sauce. Bind to the other ingredients and season. Make balls with the dough and flatten out. Fry in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
