Asparagus with smoked salmon and spinach cream
Servings:For 4 servings
Ingredients
8 thick asparagus
300 g smoked salmon
1/2 kg spinach
1 teaspoon black pepper
cream
salt
Directions
Roll each asparagus spear with a thin slice of smoked salmon. Wash and cook the spinach together with the cream and black pepper. Put the mixture into a blender or food processor and blend. Place the asparagus rolls on a dish and pour the mixture aside on the same dish.
