Directions
Line the baking dish, including the rim, with pastry. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Mix the eggs, the spices, the cream and half of the grated cheese. Distribute the tomatoes over the pastry. Pour in the egg mixture and sprinkle the remainder of the grated cheese over the quiche. Allow to bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C.
