500 g tomatos
1 cucumber
2 peppers
2 onions
1 apple
100 g black olives
200 g goats cheese, diced

For the dressing:
5 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons vinegar
1 glove of garlic
salt, pepper
oregano, basil, dill
Peel the cucumber, wash the tomato and dice them. Peel and core the apple, and dice it. Chop the onions. Prepare the dressing and mix it all. Season the salad with the spices and the herbs.
