1 bunch fresh Huétor-Tájar asparagus 6 spring onions, peeled Salt Pepper Virgin olive oil
Directions
Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus. Season to taste. Heat oil in a pan and fry the spring onions over gentle heat. Grill the asparagus, once cooked palce them on a dish together with the spring onions. Sprinkle some olive oil and serve.
